  1. Eeerrrmm Vermeer? maybe. wouldn't touch Greenmech with a barge pole. Timberwolf ok I suppose. Vermeer made by americans who have been doing this far longer than us. Do you really want a 4" chipper. Go for something more substantial, it will save you time and money as it will work faster and use less fuel.
  2. I was just thinking about a chipper / box trailer last night. Saw them in america a few years back, great for maximising the GTW MAM limits
  3. Have you seen how if you get the gps/geotag to work then if you put them on Picassa they will show up on a map automatically... I love the way everything is coming together, funny how google are in the middle of it.
  4. Hi Scott, again, so soon. Here is the link eX Biz Tracker for FileMaker If that doesn't work then google excelisys business tracker. Adam
  5. Hi Scott, you know what. I've already got it but have never got to grips with it. I've just reinstalled it to my newer computer, and I'm gonna go for it. I'm just having problems on how to customise it to suit tree surgery and am thinking on getting someone to do it for me. Is that throwing money away? I know it's probably the best for macs. Keep me posted if you have any further thoughts... come to think of it, I did once get a piece of free software for it that was perfect... let me dig it out and send you a link. Everything was in one window with just tabs along the top, so you didn't have to keep finding where your other windows were. Bear with me for a day or so... Adam
  6. Hi I'm looking for a climber with relevant tickets and min 2-3 years climbing experience. Will be working generally in South London, between croydon and bromley. We are based in west london, so you could meet on site if that makes it easier. Do you want a few days a week, or full time? We have work through to end of december, at the moment. And it would be on a self employed basis Adam
  7. YouTube - gypsy8844's Channel Ooo eerrr missus!
  8. Good Morning, Bright sunny day here.. Big euc fell. Look up at the sky and the tree and you could be in sunnier climes.
  9. Trying looking in Hounslow/ southall/ hayes( kinda the opp side to heathrow), and anywhere east -so at least your against the traffic in the morning. Perhaps try looking on Gumtree- look for short lets -maybe. Don't let the *astards get you down - Good Luck
  10. DON'T DO IT!!!!! I think you get the message.
  11. Jill Dando.. before she died. And they covered my tree up for weeks at the front of the house with all them white sheet thingys. You know what I was saying to everyone. Oh and by the way she was really nice. ooo yeah! and her boyfriend was a right *rick.
  12. I have found looking at relatives and friends camera's, that canon do really good digital camera's. I have a DSLR (Fuji finepix s9500) but I find the shape of the camera really awkward and hence don't take it out much, ( you can't stuff it in your pocket). Have a real good look at the Canon G10. It is really good but compact. Pricey, but you won't regret it for the next five years (maybe more)
  13. 30 a week that's a third. He sounds like miracle. send him round and I'll pay him to do my kids chores then you can charge him more..
  14. you can eat the fruit! Don't taste of much! I know you didn't want to hear that
  15. Is transplanting a good thing to do? but I suppose it will be felled if no buyers come forward. We all love trees!!!! Yeah we all love trees, but they always look better on the back of my truck.
  16. Blackberry Bold on orange generally very good (in london) you can text/email fast on the real keyboard. if you get a google account you can sync everything automatically, address book diary, email, and you get google maps for free. But hey your a tree surgeon these things don't handle well in the real man's world of dirt and timber. Oh and get a Krussell cover and you get geotagged photos but the camera on the bold is 2mp as opposed to the curve which has a 3.2mp. Decisions decisions..... oh and also get Dexrex to record all your texts. so if you lose you phone there are no issues... and if you want to find something out about you blackberry just google the question, easier than the non existent manual. Crackberry rocks. Good night.
  17. Did yer clear fell it from there... I must know!
  18. Afternoon Ladies, Anyone seen or tried ARBORSOFTWORX, looks a bit tired but does it do the business (sic.), or do you use another off the shelf product, I know a couple of you have QUICKBOOKS, any thing else? Cheers:thumbup:
  19. How's about these fellas: Making Apple Cider Excellent! Just use plastic to prevent the bacteria doing it stuff and turning it to vinegar. I'm off to me sisters orchard!
  20. Morning all, Thanks for that - I'd better go and crack the whip now and get off this internet thingy. Cheers Oh and I think it's gonna be the single cab 35c15 with 4 stage ram oooohhhh yeah!
  21. Jesus, look at the size of that baby.
  22. I have read various reviews of Iveco daily's. I run Transits with the smileys face's on them and they take the abuse, but, I need newer vehicles (2nd hand) as the transit's are looking very @ikey, Except all our local caravan dwellers are the only people in brand new vehicles. So plus's and minus's please and what should I look out for if buying either of these vehicles, and is it worth getting the 35c12 or the 35c15. I don't have facilities for operators license facilities either (Shame) so I am limited. Thank you all
  23. Sorry just the read the first part of your post.
  24. Yeah. That's right. Sure, that's how we'll do it. haha, suppose that's a no then
  25. Thought as much. Too good to be true really.. I suppose putting on a set of really light chip box boards on would help. Any ideas, as 8, 8x4 marine ply boards add a bit to the weight. Grp- marine backed?
