You can get it cheaper! I paid under £500 and £10 of it was for a Stien lanyard which by the way is crap in comparison to my weaver!
  3. Kingswood training in kent do an advanced rigging course, Give Richard a ring.
  4. CS 41. Have a look at the art of practical rigging, read it and take on board what it says.
  5. Takes a bit of getting used to! A slight delay between throttle and take off. Can be a little finicky to start and run from cold.
  6. 14mm polydine is what I use with my GRCS. It does have a bit of stretch in it though which is good when pulling limbs away from targets.
  7. For the price of them there worth a try, as mentioned your rifle will like them or it won't! I can not reload for that price!
  8. An expensive lesson! Locked up from now!
  9. No only closed with one of us 5m away.
  10. My saw was in a tool cupboard and not in the back with the chip.
  11. Of course I have insurance! When freelancing you are insured under employers liability but your kits not! If I claim my premiums go up and I have to pay the excess, is it worth claiming for one saw?
  12. There were 3 of us constantly loading the truck which was 5M away from the house which we had to go through. As I was contract climbing for another company my saw is not covered by their insurance! Ordered a 201T from Justin, don't know if its as good as the 200 and the Husky isnt out yet!
  13. Heads up, had a couple of saws stolen from inside the truck whilst we were loading to go! N13 6 DL. Must have been away from the truck 45 seconds max! My 200T and a firms 365 special. Words can not describe how pissed of I am! Be careful.
  14. A lot of County TPO'S were handed over to local boroughs who subsequently revoked them.
  15. If you use the visor it is a one man job. Make a kerf cut and sit the visor in, walk around attach the ratchet and away you go!
  16. How many of those pieces did you lift or were they all lowered? If they were lowered then you don't need a GRCS. I tend to lift lots more pieces now instead of dropping.
  17. Not trying to give anybody a hard time just thought it might have been better as a separate thread? If they have been used for wire I would not use them on rope. There will be thousands of micro shards of metal that will ruin your rope.
  18. Kevin, is this a typing error $14?
  19. Totally agree! Love mine and so does everyone that uses it.
