  1. Someone round my way had 2 saws stolen from the back of their mog on weds. Think it'll be better if the courts came down harder on the crims when caught. No deterrent, no need fer them to worry:banghead: trees, waves and cakes!!:-)

  3. Found a rusty set of loppers in a sycamore, out on a limb, as if the previous climber had given up. Also found an old cambium saver up a norway maple about 3 weeks later. Thought the old aliens had been up to they're old abduction tricks again!!! :confused::eek: trees, waves and cakes!!:-)

  9. I'm hoping someone can help diagnose a problem with me saw. It seems to run on rather annoyingly. I've tightened the chain and it'll run ok fer a bit and then just run on. Adjusted the tick over, again is fine for a minute or 2 use then just runs on. Any ideas? Thanks trees, waves and cakes!!:-)

  13. Know someone who tried extending their chute. Waste of time, if the angle isnt right it knackers the chip trajactory and it ends up making more of a mess. You could always unhook the chipper and park over the tow bar. Or do less conny's in the rain:rolleyes: trees, waves and cakes!!:-)

  22. These were on a tree, beech i recall, in a woodland i worked in a couple of months ago. Only just remembered the photos. I'm thinking a bit of crazy callousing. But i thought i'd check with the more knowing members of the forum;) trees, waves and cakes!!:-)
