  14. when you've finished the course you probably wouldnt be licenced for bat handling? so is it an awareness course? where you'd need to contact a handlier and pay for them to advise. £160 seems steep, unless you get a nice shiney mug at the end

  19. i always asked the team members if they're happy with the tasks they've been allocated and try and persuade open debates about every job. because noone likes a broken hero
