  15. Dear Stihl, It is wholly nieve of you to isolate yourselves from the customer in this way. Surely you have to research your market in every country you sell products in and tailor them to your customers needs. For without us, you wouldn't be trading. And if you are stubbonly going to carry out your new sells technique then i'd advise that you train your local dealers to be polite, curtious and FRIENDLY to whomever enters their shop!!!! trees, waves and cakes!!:-)

  19. I'm a subby, so it can be any number of hours. Depends on job, location, crew etc. I still laugh at a boss who gets twitchy when he sees school kids heading home, as if we should be home before them! Left school last century:D trees, waves and cakes!!:-)

  22. I use one, on takedowns, and a rope lanyard for everything else. The chap who gave you grief must be a knob. Like anyone is who criticises another climbers kit. Its down to personal choice. Fact. trees, waves and cakes!!:-)
