  1. Awe Tim. Says it has been blocked on my iPhone due to crap music choice. I will try my MacBook.
  2. Not tried these myself but maybe worth a go. http://Www.medipen.co
  3. Don't make the same mistake I did a few years ago. The show is Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We thought it was Sunday too and turned up midday Saturday and every thing was closing down.
  4. You would be choggin it down or rigging. Returning in from the limb is not that hard joe.
  5. Throw line into another tree and base tie. Spike up the leaner using the SRT line as a balancer. What's easier about trying to do the same with a doubled rope?

    I am on there. @richrule
  7. My kids wood love that!
  8. I would go CB from the list you have mentioned. Try Treeworker in the UK. They may have some left and you avoid the import charge risk.
  9. I went along with the radio silence this morning. Silence on the radio, barely a car on the road, makes you think.
  10. Looks great Reg. I bet it was a bit tedious though but a good result and sounds like your customer is happy.

    Euro 2016

The Iceland keeper was the choreographer of their Eurovision entry as well.
  12. Nice thinking, but the purpose it serves could be achieved by spending pennies rather than pounds.
  13. Does it have Cartman on the back? If it does, I am out.
  14. Hands and neck are known as Job Stoppers round these part. That is if you work in offices. Personally I have a tat, mates have sleeves and one has almost full torso apart from face. It seems to be a craze at the moment that's why I think an un tattooed body can look almost different.
  15. Yes mate that is the 30z You are probably missing a few inches in the visual as the stem was downhill from myself, plus I was standing on the stump so looking down on it. Trick of the camera. Re the sprocket. Cuts great but if you really lean on in big hard wood it bogs down a bit if the cutters are dull.
  16. No tattoos is the new tattoos. Sometimes clean skin looks better as tattoos are pretty common these day.
  17. Great pictures everyone. Finally a job with a half decent weather system, a camera and a bit of time and remembering to take some pictures... Had a large beech to dismantle today at one of the site we work at. Got a much larger one to do in a week or so with a 65t crane coming in to save my back Today's was on the edge of woodland so just flopping the limbs top and fell. A decent area to land stuff in and stack on site, we just couldn't obliterate the surrounding woodland (too much) The tree had been condemned by a consultant and due to the lean, ganoderma brackets at the base and liability issues meant she had had her day. Felled the stick waist height as it was a bit punky at the bottom. Rich
  18. Did you not have a groundie with you that day CSS?
  19. Look for the schultz effect thread on here or google it. for 40$ you will get access to his brain in the for of video clips available for download or stream.
  20. rope runner I paid 38 quid but that was due to them writing 150usd value on the customs ticket. If they had written the price I actually paid for the rr then I am sure it would have been a far bit more. The second runner I got I sent it to a friends mother in law in Cali, he picked it up for me when they went to visit. So I save on international shipping and import. Made it a very cheap rr indeed.
  21. What he said. ^^. Once the centre top is formed and you are working a side. I try and visualise how far away from the centre I am and how much I have dropped off the pruning point on the opposite side. No doubt you will be able to see through, so you can estimate and the outcome looks very even.
  22. I get import duties on treestuff orders. Yet didn't get charged with my BDB. My theory is treestuff send it UPS, whereas Gordon send out the BDB via the U.S. Postal Service.
  23. I got stung about 3 weeks after the runner arrived. Approx 40 quid. Can't imagine how much I should have paid if treestuff had put the correct price instead of 150dollars.
  24. Get some of the treemotionelastic and slide over a cover of another rope. Then tie two fisherman a knots in each end of the elastic and clip in a small bina. Or Take a Lyon tape sling and out an overhand knot in the middle. Place over shoulders like a rucksack and clip a bina to pull the loops together. Use as a chest harness. Both cheap and easy to set up.
  25. Can you put up a picture of that Carl? Cheers
