  1. There is a plastic collar that drivers the oil pump, that needs lining up with the clutch drum, before the clutch is refitted.
  2. Good opticians do far more than just test your vision and supply glasses. They will test the pressure within your eye ball and check other things, brain tumours and HT can be discovered by a good optician.
  3. Totally agree John, price MAY be an indicator of quality, but it very often not. People who are very good at what they do usually complete the task much more quickly and to a higher standard than less skilled operatives, so their price for the job will be less, however their day rate and profit will be higher.
  4. Derek at A C Price will be more than happy to post you what every you need, all he needs is your chassis number.

    poor pay

So if I understand you correctly you use subbies because it suits your needs, but find fault with those who offer a full time job at a rate that suits their companies needs??? "pot" "kettle" "black"????

    I Passed!!!

Well done Ian, really chuffed for you
  8. Very true, its already begun, £2B for school building!! They were hoping things would pickup on its own, but its not working so they will have no option but to start spending more public money, hell of a gamble, but what else can they do????? I reckon we could get a VAT reduction before the election
  9. I've removed more this last 12 months than the previous 12 years. As others have said, its the very cold winters of 09/10 and 10/11 thats thought to have caused the deaths.
  10. They have paid the dues, its called national "insurance", you are entitled to claim on an insurance policy only if you pay the premiums, unfortunately those taking the more have paid the least. If the idle able bodied were not claiming, our pensioners would be able to get far more!!!
  11. Exactly!!!!!! Fantastic opportunity for some one!!!!!
  12. Show me a farmer who allows his fields to be full of unproductive animals???? Then look at the all the people we have on benefits TBH I wish things were a little more "farm like" then only those who work would eat, excepting those who genuinely cannot work of cause.
  13. What a load of codswallop!!!!!!!!!
  14. As far as I know the mechanism is the same as the 200, they do stiffen when dust builds up inside the side case. You need to remove the side case from the saw, then remove the inside plate that holds the chain brake mechanism in place. Once you have removed the plate, take careful note of were every thing goes, a photo may be a good idea, then dismantle the mechanism and clean all part, I find warm soapy water works best, then dry all parts and reassemble. It should then work like new
  15. Too keeps in a living, long may it continue!!!!!
  16. Todays "young blood" is tomorrows "old timer", its all good!!!!!
  17. I agree, but is it not also the case that with forums every one has the right to give their opinion. So "Stumpgrinder" has the right to say what he thinks too. And we all have the right to agree or disagree with every opinion expressed
  18. Totally agree!!! A two man crew with even an old truck and chipper needs, IMO, to be charging a minimum of £350 per day, start adding more men or more/better equipment and the price needs to be higher.
  19. So inorder to grow a business you need to be making profit of £1500+ per week
  20. Me too, I think if you just do one side you risk the cut side not putting on much growth, you may just get extra growth on the uncut side to compensate.
