It took balls for this guy to post, it will have hurt like hell when he did it and will hurt further before its healed, he's going to be hit hard in the pocket, etc,etc….. Utter rubbish IMO. Accidents do happen, with all the training in the world and shed loads of experience, paying full attention, following all the rules, etc, etc, things still go wrong, its not possible to always predict every possible consequence of an action. Sometimes things just don't work out. The only people who make no mistakes are the ones who do nothing. To the OP, hope you heal fast and get back at it real soon

You cannot claim RHI on hot air systems, it has to use water. Also the majority of the system must be new and an approved appliance.

Hard to say without seeing it in the flesh or at least a photo, but I think winching could well be a good option. -

That does not say planning consent is needed, it says in some circumstances its needed, if your building a boiler house, etc, then it will be needed, that section is about preliminary applications, where they are being asked to approve a scheme in principle before its built.

Which legislation states no Agg vehicle can go on the motorway?? Normal tractors can't, as they can not legally do the motorway minimum speed of 25MPH.

Yes, as I understand it this only come into play when you are not working directly for the client.

I think with your UTR the main contractor take the tax from the money they are giving you and it gets logged against that number, at year end that money goes towards paying your tax bill. This is all about sub-contractors.

Thats retail, in retail the responsibility for taxes is solely with the seller, employment is very different.
