  1. Its not a bad idea, PPE does not offer the protection many think, its not a bad idea to stick a log down the leg of some old kecks and stick a saw into it. Should help the lads to have plenty respect for the saw
  2. Yes, he may well have assisted, but we will never know, because we can't know how David would have done on his own. But Clegg is not well liked and would soon be forgotten, IMO. Of cause people seldom speak ill of the dead, but in Charles Kennedy case he was genuinely well thought of, by most regardless of party politics or difference of opinion. He came across as honest and genuine, warts and all.
  3. He looks like a scoundrel!!!!!!!
  4. The only leader, Clegg was a pretty poor follow up act

  7. Been on them all day, large Ash on a house, Swedish White Beam lifting its root plate, Loral blocking a back street. More to do tomorrow.
  8. Its a 900 John, I had in my head it was a 130, due to the engine being a 13horse. I would be very interested please, let me know how much and I'll BAC's you, cheers Dave
  9. Wow!!! maybe in your head, not heard anyone else express such an opinion.
  10. You recon I just see guys relating their own personal experience Not sure I've ever seen an osteopath up a tree. I'm always wary of any profession that acknowledge they are still "practicing":001_huh:
  11. Back problems are generally caused by lifting things, if your fit and strong you should not really have major issues from carrying your own frame around a tree, IMO. Year before last I had back problems, nothing horrendous, but a nasty ache like tooth ache in my left side. After 18 months I went for an MRI, my back is in good shape for a 45 year old, thats after 20 years of climbing. Fortunately my back has now settled down and is giving me no issues, as they say "Time is a great healer"

  18. May just get two of the nearest I can find and see how I go, if they fail I'll ring OP. Cheers for all the help.
