  1. My 110 holds about 4.4 cubic meters. We don't have a tool box though. I know they ain't designed for it,but the chipper hopper gets used for storage more often than not. I have a roof rack but not put a toolbox on yet. Plan your job and you can get as much done. I can get as much legally on the land rover as I could on my ldv. Could get more illegally in the ldv but it wouldn't go up steep hills fully laden
  2. No but the person interpretting could though:sneaky2:
  3. I'd agree with pruning before felling. A phased series of retrenchment until you eventually end up with a pollard. If anyone has seen the oak at Dunham Massey this is a pollard with very little left but still stands.
  4. Oregon Yukons ain't bad for cheap but hard wearing pants. Pretty lightweight as well should cost about £80-£90 for type A
  5. They are to fell it and from what I can see in the article leave a monolith at 18 feet. By the looks of it the stump leans towards the road which if the gano and the rot is so bad the stump will surely end up accross the road also at some point.
  6. Its a big place be a bit more exact and it may be more likely to get a tip site
  7. Not notifiable but criminal to spread it. Spray or stem inject just be persitant. We went back to one we did 2 sprays with gallop last year and there was only minimal regrowth.
  8. This week I'm up to about 45 hours already. Did 11 hours today. I'll be out at 7:30 tommorow will be done when we are done.
  9. I'd do the bearings whilst you have it apart. At least you know they'll be ok for longer
  10. Might be cheaper to buy another generic oil cooler.
  11. Our stove is roaring away on black diamonds. Who says burning house coal on a stove is not right. On a wet and wild day like today house coal is king
  12. The standard site is ok on windows phones. Only issue I have is sometimes it won't log in
  13. Get it apart first and then you will see what you need. Mine threw the fins and did the bearings and nose shaft. Rear shaft was fine.
  14. I had new bearings new nose shaft and fitting of some new fins I'd already got for 320 pounds. New nose shaft is about 80 quid +Vat.
  15. What says the branch hadn't failed and ripped with the resulting good part of the cut from tidying said damage.
  16. Its ok its on a par with the work done by an LA not far from me
  17. Presumably you would have to take it to court to define whether it is a nuisance. What I was saying is if you were to apply to remove the tree on the basis of the roots this could be refused. If you haven't got a court to say they are a nuisance then the LA could take you to task for willful distruction of a tree by damaging the roots. Whichever way it looks like you get a court order to prove a nuisance or through the TO
  18. The tree officer would have to agree that it is a nuisance. They could deem that it isn't a nuisance or the minor nuisance is outweighed by the amenity value of the tree. The tree would then be retained so you would be back to looking for another solution.
  19. National minimum wage is 5.03 for 18-20 and 6.30 for 21+ so for 8 hour day you should be looking at at least 40 or 50 a day to meet your legal obligation to pay minimum wage or above.
  20. Mine did it just before Christmas which was a bummer. Mine is 2.5 years old and would agree they are abit monkey metalesque
  21. you are looking at around 150+vat depending on the model
  22. We don't have the problem of falling short with our 150. I wish we could make it so it did fall short as tidying behind the van is much better and easier than tidying right up the road. I've not got round to my tarp on the roof yet though
  23. Orangeplant at cannock is about 20 miles up the road from brum.
  24. Get yourself a 440 will run a 24 then for small stuff stick a 16 on it and it will fly through your small timber. Keep the huski for spare
  25. My mistake thats another pair that had the primer bulb. Just the fuel cap I've had issues with then
