Agree more money for firewood but charcoal burns are fun.

Firewood always good, fencing posts and rails ideal for lasts longer than oak IMO. Also makes fantastic charcoal burns really hot. Smaller stuff hedging stakes, bean poles.

Yep i agree there, but at the moment i feel like superman .

At the mo i take codeine phosphate, paracetamol, extra strength ibuprofen and tramodol every 4 hrs and i'm away with the fairies But last time i was on tramadol some of the side affects are bad and especially coming off them withdrawal simptoms shakes cold sweats everything.

Here you go it explains abit about lightening strikes and conductors you can use, doesn't stop the tree from getting struck but diverts lightening down a more direct route. Arboricultural Information Excha

No ticket no chainsaw, as the insurance won't like it. I'm part of a coppice network and the volunteers only use bow saws, secatures and then drag and burn thats all. Hope alls well with you anyway David

Hmm what price you looking for ?? Might be taking a trip home to see family on the 5th -6th Nov and staying in the travel lodge attached to the ship inn St Helens. So if that comes off i will be intrested.
