  2. Employing foreign staff through agencies

I agree that is how it should be, but building those kind of work relationships takes years, and there will be alot of people who count alot more vice than versa along the way.... Sent from my SM-N9005 using Arbtalk mobile app
  3. What do you view Arbtalk on?

Galaxy note 4, big screen, android, laptop gets used for everything that the phone can't do, which isn't much, haven't owned a pc since the nineties, and have never really learnt to use one Sent from my SM-N9005 using Arbtalk mobile app
  4. Employing foreign staff through agencies

I'm a brit expat living in Slovakia, I can source climbers and groundsmen if anyone is interested. The problem is going to be, wages, certificates, accommodation, and in a few cases language. Wages for a climber here in Slovakia are comparable to the UK, I start at 150€ a day, rigging big pops I get 250. ... there's not a lot of work tho... so I go to Germany every now and again where 250 is the average. I think as was said before the pay in the UK is terrible and that is the biggest hurdle Sent from my SM-N9005 using Arbtalk mobile app
