  1. Legally being allowed to pay cash in hand H&S is only relevant when over 5 employees Need I go on!!!!
  2. A new subbie, mine seems to have a full calendar Might look at stretch airs, rope bags, snatch block
  3. What a load of cack. I am selling a service. Whether I climb myself or a subbie climbs for me provided the job is done as the customer wants and those involved get paid, job done. What about the utility clearance companies. Do you really think those doing the negotiations to get the contracts know how to climb and hold the UA tickets? I doubt it. Maybe they shouldn't be getting the work for those that can climb
  4. Additional climber required for sycamore thins next Wednesday. Full kit available Contact 07867784521 Kev
  5. Richard Branson can't fly a 747. Should he be banned from operating virgin Atlantic? Some people are better at business some at climbing trees. Match the 2 together and you have a good business. Some subbies like working for different companies, don't want employment with just one company and don't want the hassle of running there own company.
  6. Are you sure its the oil getting too hot and not lumps of chip getting lodged under the bottom roller? Unless the oil is stupidly hot it will still pump and hence turn the rollers
  7. Think it might have to be via iTunes. I have tried before and all options want to find a file in a directory. These don't exist on the iPad/iPhone.
  8. Bobs private photo collection is worrying to say the least
  9. BSc(hons) Chemistry with Chemical Engineering Numerous pharamaceutical manufacturing qualifications A few NPTC's Plenty of get up and go with a sprinkling of common sence.
  10. Similar to Mr Huck but use the gas cooker ring to heat the cut end and smooth with wet finger.
  11. Even Mickey Mouse has got one
  12. Just like his trucks, limited to 56
  13. Rob is a good hard worker, I'll vouch for that but as honest as the day is long - with an accent like that???:001_tt2:
  14. Marks look like a bit of a squeeze too, do we assume they come up a bit small on sizing or is Mark still dreaming that he has a 32" waist.......:001_tt2:
  15. Looking on the o2 business website it looks like the costs have gone up significantly, glad I can just renew the deal I am on and not have to take a new one.
  16. I pay about £33 per month inc VAT on a 24 month contract which as a business contrat allows a renewal/upgrade every 12 months. Basically 12 months in you are allowed to sign up again for 24 months and get a new phone. I have never paid for a phone. That contract gives me 45,000 texts a month (used to be unlimited but a limit has been imposed due to some people abusing the system), unlimited data and about 600 minutes to all numbers.
  17. Think I will go for a stilton infused work sock, I will be sending it to Mendiplogs with a small sachet of sauce and plastic knife and fork in early August if the new model isn't out though.
  18. The last few iphone updates have been released June ish so I am expecting another this year. I run a 12 month rolling contract with O2 and do like Rob does, wait for the new model, get a free upgrade and sell the old one. Total mobile phone bill each year is £400ish, sold my last 2 iphones for just over £200 each and I pay nothing for them. Makes financial sense and works out cheaper than running a cheap phone on contract. Re Ipad3 - I think they will be on a 24 month replacement scheme, I'll eat my left sock if they bring out a new model in the next 6 months when there will still be hype over the ipad2. Kev
  19. I appear to have a pocket full of monopoly money
  20. He will accept it provided the coins you supply don't have dates on.
  21. Mine should be nice and happy when I get back to work. Fresh MOT, just been serviced and new brakes all round. May need to replace the contacts in the starter soon but will be spot on then. I keep thinking about changing for a transit double cab for more tool storage and more MPG but can't seem to do it. New yard is all hard standing and I've got another 4x4 for snow but just can't bring myself to change. Kev
  22. As said ask PeteB on here, he will know
  23. They occasionally do a v8 in the specials like the 60th anniversary model, etc.
