If anyone is in the area and could deliver a few bags to the marina that would be great. If they know a bit about using wood in a stove and could give her some hands on advice, even better. As she lives on board she would probably be a regular customer and recommend you to other boaters there if you can supply some decent wood for her. Actually, not that far from myself and I know a guy who lives just outside BoA who supplies wood and the word is supplies and not gets. -

Yeah I saw that then, for some reason, I got waylaid by the pictures of surf babes on mpora.

I got put in my place by RBtree saying that sometimes he would leave his spikes off for the fun of it, I leave them sometimes, stubs, depends really, my mate in Oz had a swing in once and broke his arm on a stub he had left.

I have worked on many mature Cedars, when they lose a branch they normally lose more over the following years, I think just making good the damage is all that can really be done. I did a climbing inspection last year on a truly massive Cedar of Lebanon for a consultant who has condemned it due to, in his opinion, root heave, if it does fall over it will take the front off the Georgian mansion it's adjacent to, the owners however have not carried out his recommendations as yet.
