I guess as someone who doesn’t live abroad or has any intention of doing so I don’t feel any loss of freedom whatsoever, I can imagine that’s maybe different for you though. as for anything else, theres too much going on in the world at the moment to start blaming things squarely on brexit

What software do you use? Have no problems with deleting invoices with quickbooks. And it automatically works out any vat changes, even if the vat was paid/claimed in the previous quarter

Not quite accurate. There’s no requirement to submit all invoices and bills physically. You should have them in the event of a vat investigation though

Most small firewood processors just need feeding with appropriate timber. In the case of tree surgery timber this should be dressed out correctly prior to even making it back to the yard, ie cutting off pegs flush(should he standard practice anyway), and cutting any kinks out of the cord. Anything above 15” diameter I used to cut on site to 10” rings so they were ready to drop straight in the splitting bag when the time comes
