  1. Not sure its so much a question of legalities or moralities here. Its not right IMO for you to do that. They are your photos and you own the copyright to them, but its his work. Perhaps ask him outright would be the only way forward
  2. Know exactly what you mean. There really is no comparison between the 150 and the 230 though!
  3. Its a well put together video. Do you seriously stack every single log to store? You have far more patience than me!
  4. Look at Gimp Does pretty much everything photoshop does but its free.
  5. Unlike you Matty, I couldn't wait to get off a prussik and was trying anything and everything that came along. I'm not quite the same these days though or undoubtedly would have picked up on the whole SRT thing before now. That is going to be my next progression but right now I find Ddrt easy and fluid, I fear i'm stuck in that old man stubborn mindset that i've always criticized other climbers for
  6. Firstly lets make one thing clear. Your logo isn't going to stick in anyones mind. We cut down trees. As long as it doesn't look like a 5 year olds done it then really anything will work fine. You certainly don't need to spend a fortune at this stage. There are sites where you can get the work done pretty cheap though. Logo Design, Web Design and More. | 99designs is a site I have had good results with in the past for both arbsafe and treeshirtz logo, as well as a few t-shirt designs.
  7. Final call, if anyone I don't know about is still waiting to receive anything then please get in touch with me. I have a pile of paperwork on my desk i'm very keen to chuck through the shredder and wrap this up once and for all
  8. Its right there on the site Arboricultural Association - Home I don't see whats so bad about it.
  9. If you have an iphone or android take a look at my knot app Smart Phone Apps for Arborists - Brought to you by Arbtalk
  10. Thats a well set up site Rhys. The thing is, you should probably have all that set up even if it was a 15 minute job, which obviously no one is ever going to do!
  11. Nicely revived thread John. Did you have access with a loader or did all that ivy have to be stripped off and the trunk rung up?
  12. I don't like the idea of rep system either for the various reasons already stated, have a better solution in place though
  13. Currently all a hacker needs to do is guess a users password. If they are not logging in with their display name the hacker would have to guess their email address as well. Logging in with the email would add a pretty much infallible security layer
  14. You misunderstand me. You still have your same screen name, you just use your email to log in with
  15. One change that might annoy people is im considering making people log in with their email address rather than username. I know for a fact a lot of members probably have no idea what email address they originally used to create their accounts with. Nothing a simple email via the contact form wont sort out mind.
  16. Definetly have your web address on there, possibly more prominent than anything. Most certainly have it on the back panel as large as you can go.
  17. As annoying as it is Pete, to be fair you were over their baggage allowance. Their rules, that you agree to when you book your tickets. I know that doesnt make it any less frustrating for you!
