I'm beginning to feel grateful for living as long as I have (62) and having no kids, call me selfish if you want, but there is a huge risk of the shite  hitting the fan with world order breaking down, massive military actions around the globe before long I fear.

The surprise isn't that Trump is being Trump. Didn't most people expect this kind of shenanigans? The surprise is that some people still think he's the best thing since sliced bread. At this stage he wouldn't be able to do shit like this without that support.

He made some valid points, but it should never have been handled in this manner on the public stage.

No worries, we have lived through the cold war together so all this shyte is just the modern way of doing the same. The world will be better off without humans on it anyway.

It disturbs me, that so often , now and in his previous administration,  knee jerk reactions happen instantly. Normally in governance, actions like this are mulled over, debated, stored away, lost then refound before being actioned in a more sedate (and balanced) form. This is the sort of action you'd expect from his buddy Kim Jong Un in N Korea
