This isn't moonbat territory, just eminently sensible thinking. I'm not familiar with this guy but I'd imagine him to have a rational and unblinkered mindset.

Nope you’ve got me confused with Dempsey, I’d imagine he’d be mightily offended at even the hint of the loss of his status as number one Moonbat finder. 

Them Moonbats  and Lizards are his thing not mine. Yeah that rational and unblinkered that he actually regrets his involvement in the development of such technology. Genie and bottle 🤔
