Some days the comments on the local news are a whole comedy in one place, there are some proper small village mentality ones some days

Novak Djokovic was too good for his Russian opponent after he won the US Open for a fourth time on...

That must have been a hard one for certain people over there to swallow. The irony that Moderna was the tournament sponsor and he also won the “ shot of the day “ award I’d imagine won’t be lost on those who vilified him. The guy showed more character and balls during that period of lunacy than any of those in positions of power for sure.

On the anniversary of the Iraq invasion there's much Tony Blair can and will be blamed for...

Before I get collared, yeah the article is a few month old but listening to radio 4 on the way to the dentist this morning it was Blair being interviewed regarding the same subject. The man is literally shameless.

Can you post the link to the original article rather than a screenshot from someone. It just lets us read the original and get the context of why we are all morons. Without that it just looks like the comment is taking about 30 words out of an article (maybe 2000 words?) to push a view point that is not necessarily the conclusion of the original article. For example does it specify what 'lower cognitive abilities' actually means. I'd maybe suggest that most of us can understand the complexities of any vaccination decision if we are given, or can access, or take the time to read suitable information to make a decision.

Sorry, just a screenshot from a different site of a random snap from yet another site, the source has by this point been long forgotten. But this is the Internet, and it's all made up anyway.

I just post it here because it made me chuckle, without further question or comment.

This bit, however...

Some of you, maybe. Not most of you. Most of you can barely even read.
