Don't think Stere was necessarily cherry picking, but nasgp says there are around 17,190 locums.
 
So at £800 a day that's £1.3m a day.


Well he did specify locums in London. That is Cherry Picking as it allows his to use the shock figure of £800 a day. Which you then used for all locums the UK over who are not on nearly that figure. [emoji849]

Whilst after doing some research, I am somewhat sceptical at the £30-75 per hour, I wouldn't expect any Dr to be earning less than 100 an hour especially as a jobbing locum.

 

NHS waste is more at the top than at the bottom, removing useless layers of upper management and return to central style purchasing where they had the power to negotiate and drive down prices.
