I'm sure they could live more frugally but there typically materialistic and won't give up their Moët every evening in order to help their situation!

Having grown up in London I couldn't wait to get out and you couldn't pay me to go back now. Give me a small wooden house in a forest and I'd need nothing else except maybe a few saws 😃

That £190k is probably gross so about £111k take home , they have £42k a year in mortgages, probably £20k a year in childcare, £8k+ a year in council tax,pension plans, 2 x travel expenses for work, probably and expensive car on the strap and a house full of gear on the never never. Despite the bit of rental income( which attracts the higher rate of income tax) I would imagine they are having a tough time and doing some serious hours as well.
