My Mrs has the same habit, through stuff in any which way, really does my head in to the point I have to rearrange it haha. But your right can't change people, but you can learn to live with them.

Same mate! You think to yourself, nothing methodical going on in here, a bit like the brain in this in/famous sketch; fast forward to 1:20!!! FTR I'm not a sexist.

My Mrs puts knives in the dishwasher with the blades facing up. I'm refusing to empty it on health and safety grounds

Too bloody right. I skewered my palm on a steak knife because someone put it in the wash bowl facing up.

Really messed up my favourite pastime.

So, I'm not alone in having stab wounds in the hands then?!

I am the one who ends up with stab wounds because I can't load the dishwasher properly. The Mrs is usually holding the handle of said knife at the time.

To the op, have you tried telling him he is a big fat grunting pig? Worth a shot.

Had my fair share of annoying workmates over the years, usually people who don't do an awful lot but can't keep there mouth shut. No doubt I piss then off at times so it's all fair game.:thumbup1:

I tried to be helpful and load the dishwasher once, mrs oldwoodcutter looked at my handywork and nearly had a fit, told me in no uncertain terms what she thought, so i steer clear of it now.

My lads are at their most annoying when they fill my truck with an unpleasant gas mixture of sulphur and rotten eggs.
