it stands for Body Mass Index and is very inaccurate as someone like me shows.

 

well built people like rowers and rugby players are technically obese if you were to go by it.

 

as tree surgeons, firewood merchants and anyone in the wood industry are generally quite strong i was curious to see if i was a bit big for someone my height or if it was normal to have a heavy weight for my height.

I'm Clyde built and 21 stone 5'10 at 50 .gave up fags and put on two stone .can still juggle a 395 with 30 inch bar all day .as for climbing ......I know a man who can. Oh and not seen my pride and joys for a while so an accurate measure isn't available!!
