Based on a true story, I dont know how accurate it was but I liked the reality.

 

Unforgiven has seen a few re runs latlely, always worth a watch IMO

A bit pedantic here, but John Wayne's first starring roole was The Big Trail. Stagecoach, was the film that really brought him to the attention of the world. In fact, He'd starred in dozens of B-westerns before the release of Stagecoach.

 

Love my westerns, any will do for me. Wayne, Eastwood, James Stewart, Audi Murphy, Gary Cooper.

 

Anyone who has not seen it check out Bad Day at Black Rock, a post WW2 western
