I remember being in Avignon about 2003 I think it was. There was a heatwave,  we were in the middle of 44c. That was too hot. I think it was in the new at 55c in Portugal that year.

2003 heatwave, I remember it well, we were in Croatia on holiday, miserable heat, ex communist hotel, no air con.

Had an epic jaunt on Exmoor this morning tackling some serious hills. We started out on the bikes before 07:00 and it was still to warm for the final two climbs!
