Me , I'm glad I don't have to wear the strides any more  . Kinda think back to the older type that were like wearing a couple of sleeping bags round your legs . Could not hack that in this heat .

2 months of too hot weather for me. i'm just west of london on the M4 and it has been dry for all this time too.

Same here, today has been torture. I was reading today that in this part of East Anglia we haven't had any rain for 52 days.

i'm ginger, i have pale skin and have a blood temperature nearly 2 degrees lower than normal.
