Do you leave your logs in the boxes when they go on the drying floor, or do you tip them out?

We leave them in boxes in a heated shed, there's fans at the back to push air under and through them.

Looks very neat. So is that a heated shed or a kiln? If it's a heated shed how do you heat it. Thanks

I call it a heated shed but it's the same principal as a kiln. It's insulated and there's radiators and heat exchangers on the walls powered by a chip boiler.

We've had a couple of air frosts in Surrey; last Monday morning I think it was the flat roof at the back of the house was white, along with the top of the neighbour's conny hedge.

phone started ringing after the early frosts last week

Ours started mid August but no idea what brought it on. Surly customers are not realising winter is coming before it gets cold!

We have had a great start, up about 150 loads so far. We had 2 frost last week, one was pretty good, so that has brought extras through the door.

My only issue is time to deliver, we already have a 2 week wait now,  due to other work.
