Think they are right , babes going round without insurance and  lying about skill sets should be out of business , might level the playing field for the rest of us who are trying to do it right.

I joined the forestry journal FB page to get a bit of context.

In fairness, the header (as is often the case) doesn’t really represent what they actually said about it.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m no fan boy of the AA.

I even became a citizen soldier and fought them on their home planet of Klendathu after they blew up Buenos Aires killing my whole family.

I was surprised at the level of fundraising that they have organised over this! Prints of dendrochronology on everything from t shirts to postcards, and back again! They really got into the felling for money! Don't know why they had not collected the sycamore keys and grow them and sell the saplings rather then beg over phone pads and pictures which are cock all use!

They should have the balls to tell the public not to employ pikies to do tree work.

Too busy publishing rage bait articles about the worst people in the industry. Small businesses and the self employed.

It's as disjointed as telling the public to not hire groundwork contractors who also use JCBs to steal cashpoints out of walls.

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
