I think alot of Swede's realise that they have now to help carry the can to keep Putin in his box. The Swedes have enjoyed their ( almost) neutrality whilst others have done the fighting, also the fact that the Swedes have run down their forces to the absolute minimum means they really need some friends in the region.

 

Sweden used to make pretty much all their own kit, from packs to fighter planes .

Wagner Group (or specifically their boss) turning against Russia.

Inevitable really, mercenaries are just that and are always likely to switch or stop if the situation changes.

Next couple of weeks could see some very decisive action.
