Aye:

Someone earning £38,000 PAYE (A salaried job), will get £30,000 per annum.

A self employed person earning £38,000 will get £4K per annum.

Was that the LBC analysis earlier this evening Mark?  I think I heard the same.  I haven't read into it yet, needs a bit of time for the dust to settle and the experts to pour over it.  I haven't got the mental capacity for that tonight...

Look on the bright side....

Remember the Labour manifesto which promised massive capital spend on the basis that interest rates were low enough to run up a debt mountain?

There should be some serious embarrassed bar stewards looking back on the policies and promises that were written just a few months ago.

It's gonna be bad enough working our way out of this catastrophe, imagine if the national finances had been pished away before we'd even started!

Thank fark Corbyn isn’t at the helm - doesn’t bare thinking about!!!

I'm wondering if we can get around this by the fact that we have a limited company, and both my wife and I are employees? I'm not expecting the state to pick up any tab for me (as I can still work, for now), but by shutting down the schools and nurseries, my wife's productive capability within the company is reduced to not much above zero with two kids to care for, and I would expect (if it's being offered) her to be paid the 80% of salary. For reference, that's £1600/month.

Christ knows how the government plans to process all of these applications?

Kev, I picked the figures up elsewhere, but they may have originated from there
Fair play for them realising they'd be hanging from lamposts if they didn't look after the majority of workers; assuming of course that the businuess owners don't just pack it in. SE and zero hour workers are still in trouble though, as are those who rent property.
Still, they've bought some time with the aid of the elusive, magic money tree.
I'm quite liking BJ having to be on the TV. He looks like a scared rabbit.

Why do we need so many thongs, is this related to the shortage of toilet roll or sommat?

ENDALLDISEASE.COM

If you’ve been wiping your ass with dry paper your entire life so far, then it probably seems normal to you. The reality is toilet...

This is a bit toe curling but worth a watch given the current situation

Give the socialist tory banging drum a bloody rest just for once Mark I’m sure everyone on here well knows how you view Boris.
