That doesn't really make sense? Yes, hormone levels go down with age generally for either sex but that has no bearing whatsoever on what levels youngsters have. A bit baffled by what you mean

I think we are talking about men in general rather than an age thing. There is some research that suggests that men have become more feminised, for want of a word ,as time has progressed.

After years of working as a chippy on building sites, getting fed up of the daily grind, and then having to answer to gaffers that were fresh from college, never having done a day's work on the tools ,telling you how to do your job, I went to work for the NHS doing maintenance joinery. The management is absolutely horrendous, and that is in every department. Everyone is just there for the take, for doing as little as possible. I could tell some right horror stories about wasted money.
Anyway, I'm nearing 50 and getting more grumpy about things as time goes on, so keep thinking about saying sod it, moving away and just working for myself. I know I will never be rich but at least I would have a better way of life, and give me more freedom. So for me staff woes runs from the very top to the very bottom.

This is it pal everyone is on the take nobody wants to put nowt in! Most get away with it at big firms as they blend in with the good lads but at smaller ones they stand out like a neon dildo!!! I know since I worked for myself I've had nowhere near as much time off as I did when I was employed. The upside is I now have a lot more money than I ever would of.

I think he meant they go down every decade across the board, not per individual. If that’s the case where’s there report to back this up?

Its all about Testosterone levels IMO They go down every decade in men so its got to take effect somehow after 50 years, and that produces eventually a generation of snowflakes as they are called of late.

I think this is rubbish. I've found evidence to the opposite. I was down the pub and asked all the 21 year old woman if they'd like to come back to mine for an evening and every single one of them said no which indicated they must all have an incredibly low sex drive. I was gutted by the state of the younger generation and what this means for work. I have heard if you go and sit on a bench in a park and you'll see loads and loads of elderly gentlemen that seemed to have very high libidos.

I think this proves that argument invalid

Sperm count is apparently falling, I have a friend who has just returned from Colombia where he has been collecting semen samples from local indigenous tribe men with little contact to the "modern" world.

We think tree work has challenges..
