Staff woes

I didn’t realise a trip to the grocery could be quite so interesting.

There was also this muppet with a dog shut in the car.

The bird at customer services said they didn’t “do” announcements for dogs shut in cars.

She though better of it when I explained that I’d put a felling lever through the back window and presented with the alternative of clearing up a car park covered in broken car glass....

I’m just back from Morrisons (obviously it was just a quick beer & porn top up, not groceries since that’d be woman’s work) and I saw this pair.

Now im no expert in the aerodynamic advantages of Lycra for the modern cyclist, but surely the shopping dangling from the drop handlebars will negate any advantage that might come from a spray on suit?

And then there is the issue of balance and stability....

I’d have more respect for them if they just turned out starkers rather than ‘pretending’ to cover up with a lick of Lycra.....

Why is that bloke calling you Jumbo? A bit rude I think.

This hurts, but good man. Some folk shouldn't be allowed to keep a dog.

Sight for sore eyes, a great lump of a bloke walking around Waitrose with everything on show. I feel poorly.

Schhhhhh! It was Morrisons (poor man’s Waitrose) - but only because nearest Waitrose is 20 miles away & I'm too tight to travel that far.

That said, hindsight being as it is, one is much less likely to suffer such a visual trauma at Waitrose.

Sports jacket and cravat being the socially ‘accepted’ norm for attire - certainly not Lycra!
