Early saws were Homelite, the local dealer looked after them. Then Echo, they made a blinding two cylinder! Then Stihl and still have a 20 year old 088 and thirty year old 090!

husky 357 and it was nothing but a pig.  Took it into the saw shop numerous times over a 2 year period and it always come back running crap still.  Eventually I took it to a different mechanic.  It came back a different saw and cut like a dream.  2 days later it seized

Husky 266xp in 1985-86.Bought it from Micheal Richmond in Haslemere. When i came to Oz in 92 i had it shipped out but in the mean time had lent it to a friend who put the wrong fuel in it .Needed a new pot and piston on arrival.Kept it for a few years then sold it for $200 dollars
