  1. Past hour
  2. Thanks Mark, should this work again once dry or will it require a new loom?
  3. The AI Machine Men Snatching Our Souls WWW.DONOTPANIC.NEWS (**************** AI Part II)
  4. Never heard of them, but sub 12 I'd stick to air arms pellets as they're available practically anywhere and were always consistent and cheap. Most pellets are made in just 2-3 factories, H&N were making Bisley and a few others brands when you peeled the barcode label off the back.
  5. The issues I've seen with the battery hedge trimmers is with the wiring loom where it moves from the pole to the head. It runs too close to moving parts and isn't shielded. It could be that if its got wet and shorted out as the other components should stand up to a bit of water.
  6. Probably did! £20 labour soon disappears once you take the machine in, tag it up write out the quote and phone the customer, usually several times, never mind repairing the thing. Hopefully it will help someone in the future if they come accross the same issue and this thread.
  7. Weigh them. Have other people shoot groups without telling them anything.
  8. Yes, it certainly thrives, but on the flip side, this is going well where the mint died off (mint also has that reputation). Yes, great fresh, over to the cooking thread - I tend to sort of follow the BBC recipe, horseradish, vinegar, double cream, mustard.. and some garlic just because... It is only me that goes for it so really just make it Christmas time when we have loads of spare cream around (To be fair, it also works with whipping cream and single cream depends what is open)

  10. Question for the specialist air gunners out there . Daystate Red Wolf sub 12ftlbs .22 . 25 yard indoor target . Always used Rangemaster Soverein 15. 89 grain pellets as recommended by Daystate . Made by JSB for Daystate . Just lately I have found them to be inconsistent . On Ebay I found a tin of New old stock Daystate pellets ( with Daystate on the tin ) same 15.89 grain so I bought them . If you examine the two pellets there is no visible difference . Tonight I put 22 pellets ( 11 per mag ) through two targets side by side at 25 yds with the the NOS Daystate branded pellets . Punched the middle out of both targets . Pretty much all went through the same hole . Immediately did the same with the Rangemaster Sovereign pellets and got some " flyers " and shit grouping Nothing in the bull and some in the 9 . 8 and 7 but but up , down left and right . Some of it could be me but I doubt it . Thoughts ?
  11. There's a saying about horse radish. Something like: once you've got it, you've got it forever. That's certainly the case in my experience. Not complaining though, it's great stuff. Amazingly potent when fresh. Nothing better for clearing the sinuses!
  12. Probably cost you £20 in labour time writing this thread. 😁
  13. I am not sure about viruses, I might have been lucky, but for 50p I reckoned it was worth a shot - cannot beat a fresh piece of garlic really. Same with horseradish, 50p pence from the shop, I think last time I dug it all up the root was 1m+ - they are a pain though, leaves crowd out everything so they do need some space.
  14. Can't go far wrong looking to the sailing industry for wet weather gear. Musto's one of my favourite brands, but pretty expensive. My lads had one of these for the past 12 months now and rates it....half price at the moment musto.com WWW.MUSTO.COM
  15. That’s very disappointing.
  16. Talking rats ! Whatever next 🙂
  17. Cheers chaps, will take a look at SWAZIs offerings as ive got a few other bitd from them and theyre top notch!
  18. You thicko, they have incorrect data, how can anyone possibly think that the covid jab caused people to die of covid? It says PARTLY ffs, how can any of that be classed as factual?

    Green acre House

Looking for clean hardwood wood chip only no hedge cuttings or conifer.
  20. Sort of but what's that got to do with the price of fish?
  21. A fairly recent auction of JCB odds and sods from the factory also unusually had quite a few lots that had come from a harbour somewhere 🤔 JCB are committed to the Hydrogen economy so it would not be that surprising if they had identified Milford Haven as the ideal place to berth ammonia tankers from sunnier climes.
  22. Just as I thought Alex. You are a posh boy with anger issues against the establishment. 😜
  23. The new estate by my house had raw sewage leaking out and running down the street on Friday. Also not in the news.
  24. Bit harsh mate, all they did was complain
  25. Hey, jokes aside ,lattex/rubbery gloves are good for grip. 😁 A "kind of" good thing when in slippery wet conditions at 20-30 meters in a tree . I don't trust leather for grip. 🙄
  26. I forgot to mention: for me ALL grease is "grease"... Since I'm "one of a kind" don't actually use lubricating grease on your leather jacket... 🙄 Grasso Foca from Reflex looks like this, and its synthetic(no animals got melted down into the metal box 😁 ). But first "production" boxes DID contain animal fat(best so far for water sealing leather clothes). You could also use rubber jacket OVER leather jacket and rubber pants over normal pants. But boots must also be covered in rubber or they will get wet(socks included...). And if you're climbing 20-30 meters in a tree in rain the rubber jacket must tight around your wrists or water will go straight into your dry clothes... Head covered in same rubber material, or else water will slowly go down your back and... you're wet in no time around your lungs... Pneumonia is around the corner not long(second day...). Same for the neck/chest area. Good luck! 🥳
