Agree arming civilians in Alex’s world is not a good idea , if your a civilian of a country it doesn’t and shouldn’t give you entitlement to firearms unless vetted for valid reasons with back ground checks to do so..if any thing I would say ozzy gun laws are too lax if jihadists can arm themselves. As much as this is devastating and could have been worse I don't think people being armed is the answer. Mass shootings such as this are such a rare thing in aus and the UK. Just look at The USA.
