  2. Small boat crossings to hit 50,000 since Labour came to power APPLE.NEWS A government minister describes the number as "unacceptable" but says Labour is "making progress". Well “ smashing the gangs “ doesn’t seem to be going very well. 50000 at 42k per head per year 🤔🤷‍♂️. I suppose shutting down a proven deterrent in your first days in the job based upon ideology wasn’t a good start. The Chagos thing is looking very expensive far more that initially stated. Regards the economy Labour are not going anywhere fast neither.
  3. STIHL has expanded its AP System range with the launch of two new lithium-ion batteries, the AP 20 and AP 30, engineered to meet the needs of domestic, semi-professional and professional users taking on lighter gardening and landscaping tasks. Developed for select tools within the AP System, the AP 20 and AP 30 offer a cost-effective introduction to STIHL’s professional battery platform. The AP 20 delivers 144 Wh of energy at a weight of 1.3 kg, while the AP 30 offers a higher capacity of 270 Wh at 1.8 kg. Thanks to the intelligent battery management system, these batteries have a constant level of power whether the battery is at 100% or 1% charge – meaning the tool has full power across the entire discharge cycle, for reliable performance from start to finish. The batteries are also equipped with power boost capability, which supplies additional energy on demand when working on more intensive tasks. Designed for durability and longevity, the AP 20 and AP 30 have a working life of up to 1,200 charge cycles, making them an ideal choice for regular use. Certified to IPX4 for splash protection, the batteries are suitable for use in damp or wet conditions, ensuring reliability in a range of environments. When used with the STIHL AL 301 charger, the AP 20 can be charged to 80% in 30 minutes and 100% in 50 minutes, and the AP 30 can be charged to 80% in 60 minutes and 100% in 80 minutes, helping to minimise downtime and improve productivity. 10. If I remember right, if the land hasn't changed ownership since I don't know 1980 or something then the records are all paper records, not online, you'd need to go to the council offices or somewhere to find that out - maybe you have done that - and also the railways rarely sell any land, they are kept as railway in case thy want to put a new track there, something in the back of my mind says they can just do that without needing acts of parliament. So for no one owns it - I'd be betting that it belongs to Network Rail and you need to do a physical search on paper records to find the owner details. Very little UK land in 'unregistered'

  12. No it will still be tight on the shaft but the initial firing up starts to put a load on it, if it’s not tight enough, or it was not correctly seated in the key way it will shear, from what you have said it makes sense.

  20. Hi there. Why would it score up after a rebuild?.
  21. That maybe the case but the saw started but now it doesn't. I'll check out the flywheel key, as mentioned previously.
  22. I very much doubt it Pete. As Stubby said, check it with a chronograph. Local gun club or gun shop should have one.
  23. Is 30 seconds too quick for an air leak from the rebuild to kill it? Wondering if it was pressure tested before starting, maybe it's scored up?
  24. Morning all, Looking hot again. Repeat pollard on a weeping willow today. I’ll make sure I keep as much of the top in place as long as I can. Keep cool if you can.
  25. I've got cpcs ,360 above and below ten ton with lifting ops , npors forward tip dumper and roller - the latter of the two was only because I couldn't get cpcs locally in those two categories at short notice .how ever I was looking atveithrr a drott cert or tracked skidsteer cpcs but its the fun of finding a site to get them converted that meets nvq criteria.
