Just googled Hartside Cafe, apparently they are starting to build a new one in 2025, a modern steel and glass constructed building.

Attempted murder arrest over nightclub shooting APPLE.NEWS One man is in a critical condition and three other people were also injured in the attack in Birmingham. Seems firearms are plentiful for those that want them for the wrong reasons regardless of our laws.

Its not an area i’m really familiar with tbh, there used to be a landmark cafe up there for bikers to stop off at i was told, on the peak of the moor on the bend, but it burned down apparently. The site was cleared and demolished and its just now an open area to pull up at. I didn’t stop when i was up there but there were a lot of bikes and folks gathered there when i rode past. Very enticing road to ride, mixture of all scenarios, tight and twisty, long and flowing, but is notorious for accidents and fatalities as a result.

What’s happening with the café up there?

Probably also shaped the infeed so a bottle of wine or a glass wouldn't stay put, then some clever bugger invented sippy cup with a lanyard!.

I’ll quote you direct to make it plain and simple. As Ive said already but just to reiterate asked out of plain old fashioned curiosity nothing more nothing less, if I’d known the shite it would generate I’d not have bothered. No one was at any time trying to “ Walt” you as you put it. Don’t judge people by your own standards lad, you really did read far too much into it. Just forget it ffs.

Never heard of it, just had a quick mooch on goggle! Looks like a good weekend across various spots, was out up Alston and Hartside Pass a couple of weeks back, one for the diary for next year 👍 cheers.

I can remember even as a kid walking among the rows of bikes at the places they congregated, learning the names, the engine size, the top speed, etc, most had taken a standard old bike, and made it their own, crankcases would be polished like chrome, solvol must have been on overtime back then, usually in the old cafe racer, or Clubmans style, clip ons, rearsets, ally guards, but no two alike, names were often spoke of like Hyde, Hagon, Kuhn, Dow, and many more. later there was Ducati, Guzzies, Benelli, even saw a Munch Mammoth once, leather jackets, festooned with chrome studs and enameled badges, and old surplus boots from Pride and Clarks, with the white sea socks folded over the tops, and the essential white silk scarf, and either a "pisspot" helmet or if you were really serious, the silver Everoak "racemaster" a far cry from the rows of identical soul less fireblades an r1,s, gsxr,s and kawasakis. who knew back then it would one day cease to be.

I never got intimate with the 351 or 353g Think the 3 series only just came out when I was 14 ish and have seen loads of 346xp/xpg but only ever one 351g and one 353 but the 353 was a bit improved over the 351 . When I was that age I didnt follow the science just what was in the brochure !
-
I could be wrong but I thought the 351 and 353 had metal crank cases unlike the plastic of the 350 . Personally I would not put anything longer than 15"/16" on a 50cc saw . If only for the balance . You know , the old rule of thumb , divide the cc by 3 and that gives you approx max bar lenght in inches .

Jammy two today, my 54th out of 1,035 goes. Wordle 1,554 2/6* 🟨⬜⬜⬜🟨 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

Feck I remember what happed to the 350 , it went into a garden repair hire place and guess what the thing came out sized. Should of wrapped it round the hunts head who tried to fix it .
-
I'm just on about factory standard , I thought the 346 screamed its knackers off but was gutless in proper wood , 351 /353 was had more grunt or torque, And the 350 was a cross between the both i found it could carry upto a 20" bar and still work effectively ..... gawd I miss that saw

Would all Doosan have the controls on the feet? I’ve seen a couple of sany sy18 for similar price, which seem to have a regular dipper as standard-would they have joystick controls for the grab and rotator?
-
Maybe , the 357xp was tuned up wrong or on the wrong size sprocket, bar, chain configuration.. was the bosses saw, bulky and slow I thought. Just maybe I was lucky with my 350 and some of them are like brummie cars above .

Good Morning Back from Florence / Arezzo. With help from Italian consulate and the wonderful people at the war graves commission my sister and I were able to put my mums ashes on her dad's war grave. An emotional few days punctuated by lovely food, great people and the odd Grappa. Have a great weekend.

So @eggsarascal its been 4 weeks since your story about your friends at Cleethorpes and we've waited patiently for media stories to come out about the bus loads of immigrants but there has been nothing. I think that an explanation is needed or people can think the worst about you.

Be interested to hear. I idly assume stalk up is better as that's how they hang on the tree? But no idea if that's actually true!
-
So why ask? You were trying to Walt me, I've given you enough there I think.

It's quicker to use the pennant numbers but just for the pedant, Glasgow, Battleaxe, Alacrity and Arrow, did you check any of these out?
