  1. Past hour
  2. Mark J

    Jokes???

  3. I have Goat Willow all around me on wild land, It's a total menace if you let that get established you'll be dealing with the problem for the rest of your life particularly in a city garden, once it gets established it'll put out runners everywhere. I don't think it would undermine your footings, but the fool is going to regret planting it in his garden once it starts to spread. If you don't want to poison it atm just wait until it shows up on your side of the fence and then hit it with Roundup 450 and that should kill the whole root system of that tree. You could also try watering his trees with extremely salty water... when he's not in😁
  4. I see your edit. Facts are facts. Like it or not. Are you bum chums?
  5. Insert correction: Unless Mesterh was talking to himself?
  6. Mark you brought his name into the chat for no reason a few posts back if I’m not mistaken. He had not passed comment on anything until you made that snidey remark. Correct me if I’m wrong. SP/TA will be impressed you have stooped low enough to bring a man’s family into things 👍👍I’ve said many times keep kids and family out of the mix.
  7. Dunno, I only have 500s. 😂 Seriously, I'd say similar. I have enough batteries to usually cope with most jobs in the field, and I know that it has enough oomph for bigger logs/branches. Like all battery saws, low current drain = long life. Make them work hard, and the battery life drops off quicker, relatively speaking.
  8. No one ever has to - attending funerals is voluntary
  9. He's a troll. That's what he does. He'll go away again and come back eventually. Bit sad really but I suppose offshore life knowing that your bird is probably getting her oats elsewhere must be a burden.
  10. No one should ever have to attend a funeral due to suicide... but it happens all too often, all walks of life. Astonishes me that he uses mental health as a way to attack others on this forum when it is a thing that Arb workers have an increased likelihood of suicide (along with farming, construction and ex military). The root causes are not something to attack another for, the end results are a wooden box in many many cases.
  11. Yep agreed, I just checked the current price and I doubt if I even consider either the 220 or the 300 at todays prices, but the 220 Is my go to saw for firewood, although I'm also liking my ancient Husky 154 at the moment. I'm curious to know what the battery life is like on your saw with the 300 battery, I get about half an hour blocking up typical birch, but easy all afternoon if just randomly clearing small scrub as the OP requires. I did also recommend the Makita😉 cheers.
  12. Today
  13. True. I'm out of that particular hole but many aren't. A good mate of mine shot himself three years ago. There is always scope to get better, the last thing someone who is on their arse wants to hear is shite like Andy's patter. Hopefully he won't have to go to a funeral of a friend who had a "Mental health condition". Wanker that he is.
  14. Yes it is, suggest before you attack others you read up on the subject to prevent yourself looking like an idiot. Comes in the same line of conditions that causes depressions and is one of the major causes of male suicides.
  15. Just about scraped in.. Wordle 1,690 6/6 🟨⬛⬛⬛🟩 ⬛⬛⬛⬛🟩 ⬛🟩⬛⬛🟩 ⬛⬛⬛🟨⬛ ⬛🟩🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  16. I thought many years ago, prior to me joining the industry, they used to sell a small portawrap for using up the tree?
  17. Yes you are right the greatest number is no particular ideology. The ideology that causes the most referrals is extreme right wing. And by the way I don’t suggest the schools and universities are openly teaching any political point. It is largely implicit. Like how they constantly go on about trans rights, and slavery and other matters. It is never openly political but it is powerful indoctrination nevertheless.
  18. Tis the one, low hours but not sure how well it's been looked after, filters not changed since 2012. Needs a few bits doing. Clutch pedal quite high and back tyres the main ones, hoping I can adjust the cable to get a bit more life out of the clutch. I haggled a good chunk off the asking price but will have to spend that on it to get it up and together but happy with it. Will suit our needs.
  19. That it 42 !! That’s your “ I tried to no avail “ moment
  20. Well they do sarcasm is the lowest form of wit…😂😂
  21. My typos are too - I need glasses 🤓🤣
  22. Using a potty in the tree is age related mate.
  23. The rig n wrench looks to be a good compromise for medium sized stuff, or as I sometimes do, thread the rigging line through the beckett of a pinto
  24. I was meaning to photograph mine, pretty sure they don't even match each other, but suddenly I didn't.
  25. Ha ha. Prick. Times and fortunes change. You'll always be a bellend. Off you trot.
