    Its a great spectacle seeing the birds of prey when the tractors are out. I got some nice shots of the kites flying about at harvest time. Will post a few shots up for ya.

    why would you prefer the shorter bladed hedge cutter? Is it too heavy or too big? I only ask as most of the hedges I have to do are wider than 70cm so the longer the blade, the better for me. I was looking at buying the same machine, thus am curious. Cheers.

    Yes mate. Here we go: 1. female kestrel 2. long tailed tit 3. Nuthatch 4. Cormorant 5, 6 & 7 Chiffchaff 8. Bluetit 9. Starling 10, 12 & 15 Robin 11, 13 & 14 Wren 16, 17 & 18 Wren 19. Chiffchaff 20. Grey heron 21. Chiffchaff 22. Grey heron last 3 male Blackcap I think I got them all numbered right.

    Lots of nature out and Spring seems to have started. frogspawn in the pond and honeybees in a hollow tree coming in with lots of pollen.

    Absolutely lovely all day till 5pm. Wet and greasy now.

    Go Japanese. Not German. Samurais come from Japan not Germany. Makita and Echo are both Japanese and both very good saws. Though I would bet the longevity of the echo being better than the Makita top handles. The echo I believe is also the smallest and lightest of them all.... 👍 Poppet 😍
