  12. Not sure how big an area it covers but minimum wage for london is £10.75 which is 21k plus so how could they start at 18k or is it outside the ring fenced bubble so to speak.

  15. Just a general question. Any of you guys who climb in your day to day role as tree surgeons undertake it as a hobby in another capacity (rock climbing) Me and my mate got into abseiling when we were in college but never rope climbed myself.

  21. Guy has 300+ ton and you give him a shredder to use 🤣 Most grabs are 16 ton min with a payload of 14 ton x 20-30 loads.
