  1. Still need to learn the art of hand filing and what if your onsite and chain goes blunt.Shows your as green as grass at times and no chainsaw course can substitute for experience.Your learnt that with your cleaning i am sure and still doing so.
  2. Like a biscuit joint eggs
  3. For the life of me a chainsaw is designed to cut timber and big saws the 880/881 should work all day if its cross cutting/felling/ringing up or milling and should make no difference in my book.Yes they work hard but they are 120 cc for christ sake running a chain.Keep them well serviced like the wife and should last years.
  4. 8" length 3" thickness and 6" girth 😁
  5. My longest run was 26.2 miles in 2006 london marathon. 5 1/2 hrs
  6. You will soon find that out as eats through fuel when milling.
  7. I turn mine off and milling slabs and never really had problems.Always open to new tips
  8. Roughy would answer that question no problem as just got his hands on the new 881
  9. I sling mine with an excavator
  10. Mick dempsey if selling his setup so give him a shout asap before someone else does Stopping milling now
  11. Same as anything really dried wood is going to be a lot harder so will wear the blades quicker.Keep them nice and sharp and should be ok
  12. Video above and you will get a full warranty with it.Seems to have a lot of punch for just over a thousand pounds machine.I know nothing about chippers just to add.
  13. Is this any good and a third of your price Tractor Power PTO Wood chipper / shredder BX42 , Black Tools UK brand
  14. No arguments there k 😏 L
  15. Need a few new tennis balls
  16. The one with the same name as roy rogers horse
  17. What has the UK got to show for its black gold? Its produced a raving mad scottish chap quite well known on this forum 🤣
  18. Love to see an old coffin dodger like you do the return route to africa. Long walk is that stubby 🤣
  19. How big to you need to plane up to (size)
  20. That is what i said earlier
  21. I always use a 3.5 ton vehicle towing capacity on a car licence (older type) and keep total weight no bigger than 3.5 ton which is correct i think. Always worked on that theory if trailer is plated 3500 kg and vehicle is the same then i am safe.I used to have a 2.5 ton digger and a 750 kg plant trailer and was within the limits
  22. Correct. Its the towing weight of the vehicle that counts.Like saying i have a tractor but can i tow a hgv 25 ton trailer which is not the case.
  23. Second option is correct. How could you pull 3500 kg if max is 2700 kg, Each vehicle will have a stamp plate showing the correct info or google the vehicle model number for specs
  24. If a vehicle is plated to tow 2700 kg then that is the max it can pull. You could pull a 3.5 ton trailer but if the trailer weight is 1200 kg then maximum payload would be 1500 kg total 2700 kg
