  1. Slow on and off, not had any notification updates since 29th feb, only prompters are through email alert.
  2. Pipe down trigger! Or you’ll be on the forum members lockdown...... the ignore button!!! ???
  3. You have had the nickname “two strands” for nearly as long to be fair! [emoji6][emoji16]
  4. Good shout Fossil!!! [emoji106][emoji108]
  5. Sounds like a plan! [emoji6] i’ll wear my hoodie, keep the rumours to a minimum! [emoji106]
  6. Well...... i’m normally brand loyal [emoji6] so my usual tipple is 24 rolls of cushelle! (£9.50) But.... as times are changing, we’re feeling the pinch and no chuffer has any on the shelfs etc... i’ve had to move across to andrex, 24 rolls for £10.50 (robbing sods!!!) i’ll gladly share if ya need! Saw wise though... i’ll always be brand loyal, stihl all the way for me ?
  7. Want me to send ya some pal, i’m all for sharing! might cost ya a 046 but i’m not in it for the profiteering..... honest! [emoji6]?[emoji39]
  8. Hoarder!
  9. Do i have to stop holding hands with Ting Tong on settee if i’m staying home mucker?
  10. Give ya a fiver Andy! You’ll av to deliver it though, i’m not allowed out! [emoji13]
  11. I’d plumb for full carb clean / new kit / reset metering arm when done as peatff suggests. Just check the impulse line too though, (crankcase to air intake) they can pop off or split causing a poor revs / stall scenario like you have.
  12. This is why Boris hasnt announced total lockdown (yet???!) the UK’s economy would take a massive battering to the point that it possibly couldnt sustain itself if the situation went on in to a period of months...... which it sounds like its going to.
  13. There has to be a compromise in any situation, you’ve hit the nail on the head with your “sensible” quote. Downside to this whole pandemic is as we’ve said before, the majority of the UK population are...... (pick your own word to fill the gap here!) as apposed to being sensible regards the situation!
  14. He didnt state “lockdown” in his speech Andy, things are really not a lot different from before in my eyes, hes just tried to give the hard word on those that haven’t already taken heed to the early advice regards the situation. Example..... today i’ve gone about my day as normal (i’m on annual leave this week and was meant to be away in the lakes but haven’t gone) i got up, made a brew, did some housework, went to the supermarket for my dad / myself (my dads in the at risk category) back home to pick the dog up, went for a walk up and around a local fell (quiet spot) back home, bit more housework, feet up with beer / tv / wifi. All the above complies with what Boris has suggested.

  17. Well said Andy, and this further affirms my point about common sense approaches stepping in regards certain situations! Family is family and you will do what needs to be done for them in any situation. To OSM and TY, sorry also to hear your sad news on top of what else there is to deal with at this moment in time.
  18. Oy bellend!!! Leave my ears out of it!!! ?
  19. Cross dressers?! [emoji6]?[emoji23]?
  20. Mine is multifuel, but again it might be dictated with what style you want / look at. Are you wanting to burn coal overnight to keep your fire in or are you just going to be a daytime / evening burner like myself? Best thing to do is go and have a look in the flesh and talk to people about them.
  21. If you look back through some old threads, (i’m not that tech savvy so wouldnt know how to tell ya) theres plenty ideas and stuff on here, brands etc will probably simply boil down to your taste in appearance. £1000 should buy you a stove though no problem.
  22. Realistically you’ll need to double your budget and more maybe if your wanting a branded stove (would defo recommend going with a well known brand not a ebay special or the likes) your cost alone in an external flue will be several hundreds (£500-£700 at a guess with brackets and fittings) decent stove will £800-£1000 depending on size maybe?! Then the cost to install it, and a cost to build a fireplace if needed also??? Lots of variables, but defo wont achieve it with £1000 limit. Hope this helps ?‍♂️ just get someone in for a quote, quotes are usually free.

Chuffing lambing time isn’t an easy way of getting back in to it Gary ? Make sure ya go steady with it all, being sleep deprived with watching over em all time is a massive drain and strain on ya! Must admit though, its one time of year that i miss with not being on farm anymore, satisfaction of seeing healthy new borns with their mums out and about..... defo puts a smile on your face! [emoji4]
  24. It’d look like you’d contracted it morning after drinking that shite!!! [emoji37]??
