  3. Mill it in situ, then strip the bark off the boards and burn it. [emoji106] That sounds bad with the nurseries. [emoji51]
  4. Big Elm logs??? Send em south, they sell well. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

  6. Next time I drop some timber off, we should sit down with a drink and I'll video it. I'll just ask a few leading questions... What's wood then?... Could have enough material for a few seasons. [emoji12][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  7. I've worked at Kirklees for Bob. He's a top bloke, with the right attitude to arb. He helped and educated me immensely during my time there. [emoji106]
  8. Google "Joe Rogan and Elon Musk" [emoji106]
  9. I ran out of motomix alkylate a couple of months ago. Bought 3 gallons of pump stuff 97/98. The first five minutes were nostalgic. Then it just stank. Could still smell the exhaust fumes at midnight. I buy several 55 litre drums at a time now. [emoji106]
  10. I kept poultry for years. Had various predator problems. Foxes will generally kill everything. Had chickens disappear out of some herras fenced pen. Locked in a pallet shed. One at a time, every few days. No blood, feathers or trace. Caught the culprit one night. The neighbours small cat. It could get under the pallets. [emoji35]
  11. Wales was one of the main targets in Britain because of Welsh gold. Cornwall was one of the few producers of tin in Europe at that time. As for the Iceni tribe... Bunch of two faced collaborators. Worked with the romans against other British tribes.
  12. Read "Britannia and Germania" by Agricola. The son in law of the roman general who conquered England and Wales. [emoji106]
  13. It's real easy to mill, just a bit sticky. [emoji51]
  14. Looking good. [emoji106] Whatever you do, don't leave it out doors. Goes green in a matter of days. [emoji106]
  15. Quality engineering [emoji23][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]

  18. Ah the circle of life. Guilty... [emoji12][emoji23][emoji106]
  19. It's official. Steve knows more about wood than google.[emoji12] Every time I've spoken with him, his passion and broad, in depth knowledge is a fascinating education. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106] Ever thought about doing podcasts Steve? [emoji106]
  20. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] Got it fixed yesterday, after I got back. Actually accelerates now.[emoji23][emoji106] Wacky races?! Muuuuutley!!!! [emoji106]
  21. This is exactly the amount of logs you can carry and not get pulled. I got followed twice by vosa/traffic and had 3 police cars pull onto the motorway and follow me for 1-2miles . All in 50 miles. [emoji106]
  22. Sometimes I get one tooth on a 48" chain which will be hard. I just grind it down. [emoji106]
