  1. Right, upgrading from a cs100. Do i go for quadchip 2009 650hrs, or arborist 150 2014 240hrs, not a vast ££ between the 2 I'm looking at? My only worry with the quadchip is maintenance costs with age/hours even though it's in great condition. ?
  2. Bargain, need a few other bits also, blade bolts & 3 chute/hopper knobs with spacers & bolts. What’s phone number ?
  3. It’s the solenoid, can u pm me a price please
  4. Cheers Jase, will give those a go when I get back
  5. Every time I speak to Jase it ends up costing me money which reminds me I need to order blade bolts and 3 hopper/chute knob/handles
  6. Bought a new Ifor tipper just over 12 months ago, always thought it was a little slow both up and down but now seems to be taking longer to drop down. Any way of speeding it up?
  7. Cleaned up all terminals/connections. Still the same. Terminals on battery are 14.30v when running, 12.90v when off. Solenoid is -12.83v -14.02v when running.
  8. So after fitting a new battery on the Greenmech CS100, worked fine for 4 days but now I’m back to square one. Turn key and you hear 1 click at starter but it won’t turn over. Tested battery and it’s fully charged.
  9. Cheers people, turns out the battery isn’t holding charge, suppose good news is a battery is cheaper than a starter motor. thanks again for the advice
  10. Will give it a smack, I mean tap tomorrow see if it turns over. Cheers
  11. Greenmech CS100 starting issue help, turn key and it clicks just once but won't turn over, fires up fine on pull start and battery is fully charged. Starter motor maybe? its been doing it every so often past few weeks but today wouldn't start with key at all.

    201t

Having issues with my Stihl ms201t, some days it’s great, other days it’s dog shat. Using today for about an hour, move to next cut with saw on harness, try to start and nothing. Even groundy had no luck getting it going. Get home, starts first pull FFS. Not the 1st time it’s been like this. any ideas? Fresh fuel on way to job also
  13. If you're only loading/unloading tools, machinery etc to go to work then I wouldn't worry about it. Sure that's what every tradesperson in the country must do. However if you're repairing machinery on driveway, revving up saws etc on a regular basis then I can see people having issues.
  14. What hung up branch? Yes I did get it down . Few of my small Silky jobs
  15. Just spotted this on FB, let’s hope the owner gets them back
  16. My biggest concern would be allowing my iPad battery to get to 3% sorry, couldn't resist

    Aspen

Thanks for that, will give it another go then. Thought it was strange after reading other past posts on here raving about it. Is the tuning something I can do myself?

    Aspen

Anyone had issues running on aspen after using 2 stroke in same saws? Had loads of starting issues with chainsaws, then newish hs82 hedge trimmers wouldn't start at all. Dropped them off at a well known Stihl repairer/dealer, he simply poured aspen out, put 2 stroke in and fired them up. Told me it's crap don't use it!!!
  20. I'd be more worried about someone tripping/falling onto rebar, ouch
  21. Crappy rope if needed & free climbing you'll be saying no need for training & tickets next
