  1. They think we'll stump up a house for em.. they ain't as thick as they make out...
  2. Oh sorry, perhaps I might of said the Continental United States... its what I meant. but a clueless numpty might of guessed otherwise.. you know who you are!!!!..
  3. Its always been great, one part or the other.. Its just that now we want to see all of Europe great, all of the time, all in it together...
  4. You get yourself a good kip Kev, you need it!..
  5. I have cousins in every town, every village, every hamlet in every hollow, cousins in every city from the Atlantic to the Caspian's.. We all want to see Europe Great Again...
  6. I think its time for your nap..
  7. Be careful, I nearly fell asleep reading that drivel.... I don't know how many posts of mine you've read to come to your conclusion about the things I say, but in my case I'm bored after two posts of yours... you know Kev, your pretty good with words, but you might want to learn how to enliven a debate with them.. as it is your contribution in the last few, slash, couple of attempts has done nothing but convince me you're as dull as dishwater as a writer... pity really...
  8. No, I want to help make Europe Great Again, as Trump might say of America... And just as Trump wants continental america to be great again, I want to see Britain play its part in making Europe Great Again...
  9. I'd of thought it was plainly obvious why I wanted to stay in Europe.. Because we're better off in than out.. I doesn't take much to figure why thats true, even a numpty can figure that with half hr spent on the net researching it... As to second guessing why people voted for brexit, I don't know, maybe I'm a bit thick but I'd guess for the most part most voted in regards immigration.. do you think I'm second guessing ?.. or are you just tossing out insults because you're to dumb to figure I know what I'm talking about?... Your unbelievably dull and repetitive petty drivel and derision towards ‘leave’ voters , is warranted.. look at the mess they've caused for evidence of that..
  10. Yea you've a good point. Summed up on the whole Cameron was tit.. still, better him than whats replaced him now, and what might come to pass if Corbyn gets elected, the mind boggles..
  11. No, before we voted to leave, people should of found out what they were voting for.. instead of thinking with their heads they voted with their guts.. which has left us in a bit of pickle.. we've lost a good prime minister in Cameron, his replacement being a feebling.. we have Corbyn on the verge of power, a Marxists Leninist without a clue.. and the stirring once more of Irish nationalism.. You couldn't make it up how dumb this electorate is... As to the big stick, we rolled over for the americans after the war, just as we'll be seen to be rolling over to Europe in the future.. because those numties who voted brexit have made us look weak, because we are weak.. get over it...
  12. Do you understand the concept of liabilities?.. what we owe.. a debt... Britain isn't accustomed to reneging on its debt.. we will pay no matter what... its as simple as that... The government might spin it as it wishes but facts are facts, we have, or are, agreeing to a solemn promise.. to repay what we owe.. If, the government decides it don't like the trade deal, they're now stumped.. can't do anything about it as far as negotiating our liabilities are concerned.. why do you think the EU made us stump up first?.. not that they didn't have the whip hand to begin with, now they really have us over a barrel... which is exactly as it should be.. brexiteer numpties haven't got a clue...
  13. I think you'll find the agreement is us agreeing to pay off our liabilities.. it doesn't matter if we get nothing in return.. we're agreeing to pay what we owe, and will pay it off no matter..
  14. I don't know if you've noticed, but, its us who need them more than they need us... they carry the bigger stick..
  15. More like a nation of numpties led by?, well we'll see about that in the coming months.. protect the nation from itself or cave to dogma and let us sink.. Just like the Irish border they're gonna be damned if they do, damned if they don't.. Have our MP's the stomach to sacrifice their careers for the future of Great Britain PLC, or are they coward like, and follow the herd over the cliff.. That is the question... what are they made of.... we'll see.
  16. Yes and I expect this figure to be added to by rolling contributions of many more billions, if they, the EU let us carry on as is in regards our trading positions into the future.. which can only happen if we shadow their laws and regulations, so Liam Fox has been wasting his time flitting from country to country like a numpty, cause we'll be having no new trade deals at all... Theres the small matter of the Irish Border as well.. can't wait to see how this pans out without us shadowing the EU on everything.. Trouble is, the brexiteers hadn't a clue what they were getting into to, but now the chickens are coming home to roost.. Thats why, (although spoken in jest at times) the brexiteers are a bunch of numpties, not a clue, no idea and empty headed to boot... loons.
  17. Hahaha because, unlike the budget which was boring, I thought I'd juxtapose that boring budget with something interesting. Just happened I'd watched Thunderfoots vid a few minutes before I came on her to give my twopence worth.. which happened to be a good thing because this morning I saw a piece about airbus on google news, about said company getting into the EV airplane market.. now I might of been impressed if I hadn't watched Thunderfoots vid, but because I did see the vid I gave the article its proper first reaction.. what a load of b........ks..
  18. I'm sure they don't do the smaller engine anymore.. can't think where I came across that but I do remember finding that out at one point... second hand they're out there though...
  19. predicted congestion on the railways.. and the ability to take nine million cars and trucks off the road each year.. its the nine million cars and trucks that interest me.. I mean you said yourself theres no real congestion on the roads. I see a time when higher fuel price creates demand destruction (abandoning cars), and people needing an alternative.. hence HS2... getting your ducks in a row.
  20. OK if its about congestion why not widen the motorways or build some more roads?... why the interest in railways all of a sudden?.. Because, like RV's they wont be running on petrol or diesel.. every little helps, or will help..
  21. The reason why EV's are being promoted is in regards energy conservation. You're right, oil wont be cheap forever.. putting aside tax on fuel which by the way will be inched down in the next decade not increased.. The reason is every year we discover less and less new oil fields... its all about conserving what oil we know we have, and how long we can expect that oil to last.. the most cost effective way to stretch out the oil we have, is to conserve it. one way is in the form of EV's.. So, expect EV's to take off exponentially in the next decade.. but, don't expect battery power to become more efficient.. it'll be cars for round towns and trains for the longer journeys, unless you fancy joining a que a mile long to recharge somewhere in the middle of nowhere.. Just as an aside, Why HS2?.. because its gonna be needed for the extra traffic projected to be used by people using public transport..
  22. They've discovered ?.. in theory they might have have discovered something but putting that to a practical application might be something of a challenge.
  23. Has it crossed your mind why a car manufacturer might want to go from petroleum to battery power?.. after all, petrol cars are much more efficient.. One kilo of petrol will get you a good way, a kilo of batteries might just about get the car off the drive... I can see the utility of battery power to store hydro or other renewable power sources but cars?... waste of time if your asking me..
  24. I think the point the fella was making was a cost benefits analysis.. why invest in exotic materials when we already have cheaper options to hand... I haven't a clue about Nissan or their batteries, perhaps I might see if I can find out what their game is.. could just be a gimmick as far as I know. wouldn't be the first time manufacturers sell on peoples perceptions.. If customers imagine its a graphene battery perhaps they imagine it might be better.. who knows.. perhaps they've got better miles per charge because they've lowered the weight of the car?.
  25. so much for graphene
