  1. Funny you should mention me, not looked at this thread for a time, but just read through the the last ten pages or other, must say it was a good read.. as to what I think of the trailer set up, looks mint.. I have five by eight caged tipping trailer and this year got a ten by six caged side goods trailer.. ordinarily in winter I retire for the year but this winter I intend to do some tree work.. still on a small scale mind.. I don't work in the rain or cold, so the jobs might be limited..
  2. Ah I see.... thought it might be a parody of another line from another book or film..
  3. Something wrong with being a poster/member of arbtalk.. ye say it like its somethin to be ashamed of.. should we face it that you.Yournamehere, are just a poster on Arbtalk... is that what you are?.
  4. I'm only going off what I remember on another thread on the subject, but someone suggested it was backwards compatable... No idea if it is, but if a rope wrench fits it as is, I'm sure zigzag would makes their new one fit the old zigzag. I mean lets have it right, it wouldn't be hard..
  5. If I'm not mistaken, Zigzag are bringing out an add so you can use it SRT.. a consideration perhaps...
  6. If these crypto currencies want to create a working model that in't a speculative pyramid scheme which is what they are at the minute, a failing one mind.. Then they have to peg the value to something tangible... Gold, or the dollar, or a basket of commodities.. Unless its pegged its gonna end up all over the place.. If the creator's want it to act as a currency to translate value over the Internets then it needs to gain trust in that value.. pegging it to a commodity helps do just that.. As it is at present its a glorified pyramid scam.., might not have set out to be that but thats what its mutated into being....
  7. Yea my thoughts exactly.. Still, its all mannar from heaven for me.. the more problems we have the better..
  8. Well I didn't buy my endless rope winch with the intention of pulling tree's over though it might come in handy one day for that.. I bought it based on a calculation.. price and utility..
  9. Maasdam powrpull three quarter ton.....
  10. I got one from the scrapyard, it works.. not that the thing started mind, spent a couple of hrs this afternoon cleaning the fuel lines, got it started just as it was going dark.. just enough time to stuff a trailer load of brash through it though...
  11. Oh its been a double for me, yesterday Hillary Clinton speaking out about immigration and this afternoon footage of scroats being run down by the police... the way things are going I can almost sense brexit being chucked in..
  12. I've always fancied doin one of them.. closest I've been is doin the Adrians wall walk over three days.. did it again a couple of moths back,, took my friends daughter along as she fancied doin it herself.. worst five days of my life.... did nothin but complain or bitch about her blisters.. But have seen seen many runs in the Lakes, I'm always jealous of em.. I wish I had the motivation to do one, its the training that would stump me though, no patience.. Anyway, nine hrs, I salute you... you're a better man than me.... well done.. A little treat fore you, I was watching loads of fell running vids this summer tryin to motivate myself to do one....
  13. You braggart.. you? How long did it take you...
  14. That was going pretty well until I read the last line... you complain about flaming and right at the death do some of your own.. have you no shame man..
  15. Youuu Bastard, and to think I'd began to warm to you as well...
  16. I practiced..... lots of it..
  17. Oh I see.. well its a good thing I spoke my mind, I wouldn't have it any other way.. you an eggs make a good tag team on occasion..
  18. Funny without being offensive.. how it should be..
  19. Twatisms........... hahaha I like it.. Oh by the way.. I ain't no racist. I'm a nationalist if anything at all.. which in my case translates as only having immigrants come here who fit in, and play on an intellectually level playing field.. to whit, more Jews more Japanese and more Europeans.. the rest can stay were they are... and for good reason.. generally speaking.. evidence dear boy, evidence.. Oh and someone, not sure who, felt the need to ask me a question, I gave an honest answer.. its not my fault that it upset some people.. when Tyson was at his finest, I had confidence I could last more than a couple of rounds.. I trained as a boxer at one point, the only thing that put me off was seeing Ali suffer from being punch drunk.. no thank you I said to myself.. I fancy keeping hold of my marbles.. but I was good, and knew I was good, I could of been a contender... And yes I'm opinionated, I didn't even know I was till it was pointed out by people over the years.. including on other internet forums.. hahhaha so what.. and another thing, the Socratic method. I didn't know I used his methods to make points till I learned about his methods of argument as well.. Great minds an all that... So, in summation, I'm as hard as Tyson, as clever as Socrates, what more do you want..
  20. Errr, no.. it cost twenty quid,, if its goosed it ain't such a loss and now I know any car battery will do I don't mind buying a new one if the scrapper ain't up to scratch.. though he said I could change it if it didn't work..
  21. Well, obviously opinionated that goes without saying. know it all, not so much.. I don't spend hrs on utube for nothin, obviously I spend quite some time there because I don't know it all.. 22 carat , gold embossed , ivory inlaid , leather bound toss pot ?................. hahaha, at least its funny, unlike Mr Newton..
  22. On the off chance any petrol car battery would do I went to visit the scrappers.. yes the ones from off't telly, and bought a second hand one.. I'm just havin a roll up then I'll stick it on and see if I've been ripped off or not... Anyways Eggs at least I have some reassurance I haven't wasted my time this morning visiting the scrappers.... Thank you....
  23. I have a small chipper TP100 and the batteries goosed.. has been since I got it. I can usually start it with a pull but yesterday It wouldn't start. So I'm thinking its about time I put a new battery on it.. Only I don't know if it has to be some special battery or any old car battery.. its an 18 HP briggs an stratten.. I think the battery it came with isn't the original one so can't really go off that..
