  2. guys, i have this pond that i've got to make some kind of safety fence/ net for but wondered if anyone knows of anything that looks good but very subtle i was thinking of maybe making a frame out of box section steel and sink it just under the water level and then put a strong mesh over the top so you can't see it any ideas would be great thanks
  3. tom, seriously just listen to the professions on here!!! you ask for help, then start telling everyone what you can put a climbing kit together for!!! if i was you i'd ring honey's and ask for a job as well!!! buy this: Blue Poly Rope Coils, Polyrope, Polypropylene, Polyprop, Agriculture, Tarpaulins | eBay get it over the top branch, tie around your waste, and tie the other end to your mate bikes, and then get him to drive forward until you can reach it, then get him to reverse! just an idea be safe!!

  6. Hey up edd I'd personally say a 461, I've got a 460 with a dual port muffler and I have a 20,25 and 30" bar for it. It's light enough to use all day with a 20" and powerful enough for the 30" when you need a big saw. Hope that helps mate
  7. Stefan, your very hard working and take serious pride in your work and do a fantastic job. all i can say is keep up the hard work and well done!! i can't say for others, but i can't say i check the grass 3 times before leaving a job and making sure everything is 100% perfect. keep it up mate

  10. ok great, once again, thanks to arbtalk! so i can now get a real cheap Expandit attachment, 10 mins on work bench and i've saved myself £150!
  11. morning guys, i need a new hedge cutter attachment for my 130r and i remember something coming up on here saying that you can use a cheaper copy and just cut a little bit off the drive shaft. thought it was something like this: Handy UNIVERSAL Articulating Hedge Cutter Attachment 0-90 Degree Angle RRP£64.9 | eBay if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great! thanks
  12. i used to have them old ******* steel spikes.... then brought a pair of Distel Gecko aluminium ones and couldn't believe how comfortable they are!

  16. i'll have to try that, i had a genuine one fitted that was about 6 months old, and the first time i went through water it happened again!!!
  17. ok, thanks for the help. when you say water how deep are you talking? the water i've been going through is hardly 2 foot deep
