I see where you're coming from but that reflects the money in the real estate business. Off on a tangent but one of the best things about our job is that moment at a social gathering (or the wife's Christmas firm's party) when someone's says "and what do you do?" If I had to say "I'm an estate agent"... . -

Everyone (or nearly everyone) considers themselves undervalued and deserve more. In a commercial environment ie. Not public service work. You're constrained by market forces. You literally get what you deserve, maybe, for the first year of learning, you're on a bit of a loser but after that if you believe you're underpaid you're either wrong or you haven't enough hutzpah to move to another employer. Are you a self employed climber? -

It's not the first time I've read you moaning about the money you get. Fair enough, nothing wrong with a bit of a mither. Why don't you do your own thing? It's a free market economy, nothing's stopping you. -

Nice pic Jonny, smart rope orientation. Poplargeddon, 12 of them. Had a gert big fire on site, the wood had to be 2.5mtrs to interest a mill to come and get them. Awkward slope and entrance but the tractor was going great till rain made it too difficult to pull them. Got 5 of 12 done so reasonably happy.

There's clearly a planting area nearby, this one got delivered by accident and someone thought "I'll throw it in there" for a laugh or something random like that.

Yes 1.79 tonne presumably with pallet forks is pushing it a bit!

TBH for me that's not an issue, big entrances to big gardens here. I can see why it might be a deal breaker for many others though.

a75 | Norcar Miniloaders Here's the tech stuff on the norcar 75. One thing in its favour is it uses the v1505 kubota engine.

Personally I'm not ready for this thread to peter out just yet. Some good stuff here, I'd like to hear a bit more about the Norcar and it's advantages.

The Office was uncomfortable viewing for those of us who have worked in offices. We recognised ourselves in certain characters. Still brilliant though.
