  1. I had a p100 back in the day. Reversing a trailer/chipper is the biggest issue, lots of spinning and clutch burning. Doesn't look as cool either!
  2. This one makes me a little queasy as well.
  3. I was not even looking at that stuff Mark. I really care about WRs and Zag-Zigs n stuff. Is that a mini Punch and Judy theatre?
  4. Yes they are, and that's the depressing thing. Utterly out of touch.
  5. Moral of the story seems to be a blower is a blower is a blower. If it blows, and continues to blow for a good while, without actually blowing up...... it's good.
  6. [ame] [/ame] Yeah, I like daaags.
  7. This one has popped up a few times over the years. Unbelievable how in the comments you'll see people going on about how gangsters were stand up members of the community and suchlike.
  8. Fascinating read Mark J. Good share.
  9. And on that day he can buy a 661.
  10. Keeping a couple of bars for different needs is a good plan, lots of peeps do that. No one can say if you really need the 660, in a year or two (when the 461 has made you some money) buy one as well as the 461. That's when it all starts......
  11. He's many things, thick is not one of them.
  12. No idea, what town is that you're looking down on Andy?
  13. [ame]https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=xVajc8_mqEM[/ame] Remember this politician could be the next Home Secretary. I have not seen her once on tv where she's been anything less than disastrous.
  14. Just checked, it's a pb625. I know what you mean about size though, it's like loading a reluctant dalek on the van.
  15. My 4mix bg500 backpack blower gave up recently. I couldn't bring myself to fork out €850 or so for a bg700, so got an echo backpack for €500. 3 year guarantee. It's only a blower so I swallowed my prejudice. Seems ok. It blows good, that's all I ask of it.
  16. On the occasional fencing job I've had (funnily enough I never get much word of mouth fencing work!) I've used the petrol auger on wheels like the one pictured, only it was direct drive rather than hydraulic, brilliant bit of kit, only issue is that when it gets itself under a tree root you have to disconnect the auger and reverse it by hand to extract it.
  17. Not advocating deception or anything, but couldn't an arborist business masquerade as a forestry one?
  18. Looks really nice there, I went to Scotland once, near Balmoral. It was cold and grey and miserable, then the sun came out and all the colours appeared, fantastic. It was like a different landscape.
  19. The Berlin Wall seemed to make a good fist of it.
  20. Mmm, understand your frustration but others have done it, made sacrifices, taken risks financially to do it.
