  1. Yes 1.79 tonne presumably with pallet forks is pushing it a bit!
  2. TBH for me that's not an issue, big entrances to big gardens here. I can see why it might be a deal breaker for many others though.
  3. a75 | Norcar Miniloaders Here's the tech stuff on the norcar 75. One thing in its favour is it uses the v1505 kubota engine.
  4. Personally I'm not ready for this thread to peter out just yet. Some good stuff here, I'd like to hear a bit more about the Norcar and it's advantages.
  5. It's just a stock photo off the net, it's not him.
  6. The Office was uncomfortable viewing for those of us who have worked in offices. We recognised ourselves in certain characters. Still brilliant though.
  7. My old boss from the West Country used to say something good or proper was "as right as nuts"
  8. That little one is great when you're on the spurs ringing down bigger lumps.
  9. I unbolted and chucked the hook away, the lever's great though.
  10. Oh no! I've been cast into the wilderness, I'm not (and will probably never be) Dave's mate. . https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emotional_intelligence
  11. So six months later you phone him up and ask him for the winch back for the price paid? You're surprised he refused the offer? Talk about wanting your cake and eating it!
  12. Put your glasses on and have a look Jonny!
  13. How long was it between "wanting to sell it for what it would cost me to replace" (ha ha!) And the need arising?
  14. It's Saturday night, Let It Shine is on TV
  15. £500 is not f.all Besides Dave never used the winch so how do we know it was fully functional, the "mate" was buying a pig in a poke as well. How is what you paid immaterial Dave? You're happy to talk what you sold it for and what you think it was worth.
  16. How much did you pay for it at auction?
  17. C'mon Dave, in this day and age you cannot play the ingénue about the price of stuff. It was worth what it was worth, Monkeybusiness has you bang to rights.
  18. Somebody please delete the photo that's making this page really hard to read.
  19. TBH, when I watch reruns of LB I don't laugh. Too crass.
  20. That was Fawlty Towers Stubs. Anyway, British comedy shows (or the lack thereof) is a bit of a hobby horse of mine. Compared to the US we produce precious little really good comedy these days. I blame a lack of courage and overwillingness to back PC shows like Citizen Khan and Miranda. Note also the unbelievable BBC hyping of the overrated Sherlock. Anyway, The Office.
